Thank you for your interest in working with CPI! In order to be added to the CPI bidder’s list, please submit this form.

General liability written on an occurrence basis with a minimum of: $1,000,000 for each occurrence, $2,000,000 per project of general aggregate, $2,000,000 of products and completed operations aggregate, $1,000,000 of personal/ advertising injury, $100,000 of fire damage, and $10,000 of medical payments. Workers compensation insurance with a minimum of: $100,000 for each accident, $500,000 for disease- policy limit, and $100,000 for disease- each employee.
